We opened in 2020 to fill a gap: Greater Jakarta had almost no authentic Mexican food. We quickly hit a wall — good Mexican ingredients simply weren’t available here. So we went looking for them, and some we even grow ourselves, to bring the flavors we love so much. We’re getting there little by little, improving every day with each new ingredient. We dream of authentic Mexican food becoming an everyday thing in Indonesia — because it’s delicious and affordable. And we’re at the front of that movement.
